Varolo Launch

Varolo has officially launched! While users have been able to earn money, win jackpots, earn achievements and points for a while now, with the official launch we will be enforcing advertiser price minimums. Currently that is at $0.01/ad view. On May 1, 2011, that will increase to a 2 cent minimum. This will continue to increase as the popularity of Varolo grows. Each time it increases, users will begin to earn more money on each ad viewed by someone in their village. PLEASE REMEMBER THAT WE WILL “GRANDFATHER” ADVERTISERS THAT HAVE EXISTING CONTRACTS OR AD CAMPAIGNS RUNNING WITH VAROLO AT THEIR ORIGINAL PRICE UNLESS THEY STOP THEIR CAMPAIGN OR THEIR CONTRACT ENDS. Then they would be subject to the higher price if they initiate a new ad or contract. What this means is many users won’t see an immediate bump in earnings on May 1st. It will take some time as the new advertisers come on board paying the new higher rate.
